My experience with Dr. Eric Nepute’s “Metabolic Reset” plan.
I started the plan on November 14th weighing in at 281 pounds. The first two days of the plan require consuming 5,000 calories per day. By the end of the day on November 15th I weighed 286.7 pounds. The following day I continued to follow the program laid out by Dr. Nepute which called for a drastic reduction in calorie and fat consumption to be followed for the next 28 days. It was not as hard as I expected it to be.
I’m writing this report 28 days after the first binge day. Today is December 12th and the scale showed 258 pounds flat this morning. The first two binge days I consumed 10,000 calories. Now, 26 days later after following the program I’m down 28.7 pounds.
This program I’m telling you about isn’t just a “diet” its a new lifestyle for me!
